“LOYAL CUSTOMER”
PROGRAM REGULATIONS
1. Organizer
Organizer of “Loyal customer” program is Societe Generale Expressbank JSCo, having its seats in Varna, 92 Vladislav Varnenchik blvd, registered in the Commercial Registry with EIK 813071350.
2. Participants
Any physical person, 18 years over, with present address in Republic of Bulgaria, who has received or sent a minimum of one Western Union® Money Transfer, at a Societe Generale Expressbank location in Bulgaria can take part in the “Loyal customer” program.
Employees of Societe Generale Expressbank and Western Union®and their families can not participate in the program.
3. Loyalty points
For each received or sent Western Union® Money Transfer, at a location of Societe Generale Expressbank, the participant of the “Loyal customer” program gets 1 (one) point. Loyalty points shall be filled in customer card, issued with the first Western Union transaction.
Money Transfer Control Number ( MTCN) is the proof for an executed Western Union®transaction.
When money transfers have been made in a promotional period, published by Societe Generale Expressbank, participants shall get 2 (two) points.
Collected points are personal and can not be transferred to another person.
Collected, but unused points from preceding years are shall still be valid.
4. Gifts
Participants are eligible to exchange points against gifts from our leaflet according to availability of stock.
Gifts could be received at any time after accumulating of a minimum 6 points. The participant can exchange for a gift unlimited number of accumulated points.
All gifts of each type shall be available while on stock. They can be received personally only with valid ID and personal customer card and should not be exchanged for money or any other cash equivalent.
The Organizer is not liable for eventual defects in case of claims.
5. Distribution of special prizes
Participants in “Loyal customer” program which have received a present at least once, shall automatically take part in distribution of 31 (thirty – one) special prizes:

one big prize – home cinema system

30 prizes at the amount of 100 BGN, vouchers for purchase in Technopolis hypermarkets. Vouchers are valid for 3 months.
A special prize distribution will be held in the presence of a notary, on the 8th December 2010. Each participant takes part in the special prizes distribution with unlimited customer cards, but could win only one of special prizes.
Winners will be informed personally by phone and their names will be published in the official web site of Societe Generale Expressbank www.sgeb.bg.
6. Terms for receiving and earning gifts and prizes
Customers who have chosen gifts, exchanged against loyalty points and ordered in one of bank’s offices/branches, and do not demanded receiving them in 6 (six) months after ordering the latest, shall loose the right to gain the gift, as well as the respective number of used points.
Customers who have won in the annual distribution of special prizes, and did not demand receiving the prize in 60(sixty)days after the special prize distribution date the latest, shall loose the right to obtain the prize, and the prize shall be given to the next client in raw from the reserve list of the prize winners, who is supposed to take it right away and within the validity term (for the vauchers). A special prizes distribution dates shall be announced and archived on the official Internet site of the bank.
Effective from 01.01.2010 these terms for receiving gifts and special prizes are applicable for all cases of ordered gifts and won special prizes after this date. For all special prizes distributions and/or orders performed before 01.01.2010 the terms shall start counting after this date.
Customers shall gain property on the gifts and/or the special prizes from the moment of receiving them, not from the moment of their ordering against points. All gifts and prizes not demanded and received in the pointed terms, will be included in the exchanging program for other loyal customers.
7. Additional conditions
All rights to restrict, postpone, terminate, change or cancel the rules of participation are reserved by the Organizer. They shall be published on the Internet site of the bank.
All participants - winners in the “Loyal customer” program agree with using their personal data for marketing and PR purposes of Western Union®. The agreement shall be deemed as given by the client-participant in the program with the fact of his joining it.
These conditions shall be available in the branches and offices of Societe Generale Expressbank and on www.sgeb.bg.
