General Terms of Societe Generale Expressbank

 

Dear clients,

Actuated by the aspiration for constant improvement of the quality of the services for its customers, the management of “Societe Generale Expressbank” AD took decision to revise the texts of the consumer and housing loans contracts.
In that connection we would like to inform You that some of the contract conditions, given bellow, which are estimated as impeding the clients to execute the contract, shall not be applied by the Bank in its relations with the clients granted with consumer/ housing loans, unless the client insists for the execution of this conditions:

• Reimbursement to the Bank on behalf of the Client of the extraordinary expenses related to the granting, collateralizing and collecting the loan
• The unilateral right of the Bank to decide whether to change the contract interest rate when the basic interest rate of “Societe Generale Expressbank’ AD is changed
• Inclusion of other expenses in the calculation of the APRC of consumer loan except the expenses for nominal rate, fees, commissions and mandatory insurances.
• Acceleration of the loan in case of constant impossibility for the Bank to contact the client
• Inclusion in the Client’s payment obligation, in case of acceleration of the loan, of extraordinary expenses, related to the granting, collateralizing, management and collection of the loan.
