Working capital loan
Short term credit facility, whereby the bank provides the possibility for its customers to execute payments in amounts exceeding the available balance on their current account up to a fixed credit limit.
Revolving credit line
Short term bank loan, whereby the bank provides the possibility for its customers to make repeated withdrawls under a credit line with a specified term up to a fixed limit. During the tenor of the loan, the borrower is allowed to repay the utilized amounts and to make new withdrawls up to the amount of the free credit limit.
Working capital credits will normally be opened for a term of 12 months, with a possibility for renewal within a 60-month period.
