Who is the Expert program for?
 
Users of the loans under the Expert Program may be any physical or legal entities meeting the following criteria:
  • Acquired competency for practicing as  doctor, dentist, pharmacist, lawyer, notary public, accountant, architect, engineer, etc., regardless of their legal status – sole proprietor, company, cooperative or partnership.
  • Professional practice of minimum 6 months for doctors and dentists working under contract with the National Health Security Fund, and minimum 12 months for all the other professions.
  • Annual sales income – maximum BGN 1 mln.
What is Expert program?
 
The Expert Program combines 3 loans tailored to your needs and professional priorities:
  • Overdraft 
  • Investment loan for purchase of equipment and/or real estate for professional purposes
  • Start Loan for specialists starting their own professional practice
 
Expert Program Overdraft
 
The overdraft ensures additional limit to  your current account for recovering the balance between your current income and expenses.
 
No invoices are required

 From BGN 100 to 20 000 or the EUR equivalent
Terms Max. 12 months, with automatic renewing
Interest rates In BGN – 16.50%; in EUR – 15.90%
 
Expert Program Investment Loan
 
The investment loan will ensure long-term financing for acquiring equipment for your professional activity as well as for the purchase of real property – a consulting room, an office, a studio, etc.

Grace period - For amounts of over BGN 7000 and term of over 36 months

For loans of over BGN 30 000:

Assuming the debt by the spouse for sole proprietors and physical persons.
 
Assuming the debt by 2 of the partners in a company.
  
 
Expert Program “Start” Loan
 
The loan is aimed at young specialists who have graduated within 3 years and have started their own practice within less than a year.
No invoices are required.
